Frederick Frahm is available for commission work and would be happy to discuss your project with you at your convenience.  Be advised that new music takes time to write and prepare for performance so please plan accordingly.  You can review a sample commissioning contract where terms can be fully negotiated in the production of a new score.  For an idea of how a commission for new music works, Meet The Composer has an excellent guide to the process of collaborating with a composer and arranger.
